About
Who I am
For me, AI and digital transformation are more about people than technology. Picking up the licence is the easy part. The real work is helping people use it, so that it shows in their productivity and their output.
I started at ECCO as a NextGen management trainee and shaped my own path into digital enablement and process automation. Today I am a senior consultant at NNIT, where I lead Power Platform, Copilot and AI governance for clients like Novo Nordisk and Orifarm.
I get to know the people, understand their processes and pain points, and speak their language. People have to trust you before they will trust the tool.
I grew up in China, built my career in Denmark, and have a Danish family at home, so I move between cultures every day. I have worked on site with teams across Europe and Asia, and I adjust how I communicate so everyone in the room dares to speak up. Outside work, I like to test and build with new AI tools.

Senior Consultant
Governance lead at Orifarm and part of the governance team at Novo Nordisk, setting Power Platform and Copilot strategy in regulated pharma. I took over a Novo Nordisk project rated 2.3/5 and brought it to 5/5, run a client's governance steering group, trained 15+ senior managers in Power Platform workshops, build Copilot Studio agents, and won new business for NNIT through my own network.

Senior Automation Consultant & Power Platform Product Owner
A role I negotiated into being. Product owner for the Power Platform and main contact for digitalisation requests. Grew the maker community from 0 to 350+, set up the Center of Excellence and led 10+ global solutions end to end.

Joined as a NextGen IT business development trainee and created my own role in digital enablement and process automation, driving Power Platform adoption across the business.
